You set your savings goals and your deposit schedule, and Rize handles the rest. You can update your goals or savings target at any time, and easily withdraw your money when you need it. To help to keep track of your savings, Rize will send you an update on your progress via email or text each time you make a deposit. You can also log into your Rize account to check on your progress at any time.

Your Rize savings are like a direct saving deposit right from your paycheck, so you will want to make sure you connect an account you can save from. You know what you want better than anyone else, so we leave this entirely up to you. The important thing is that you're saving for goals that you care about (and you can use emojis 😍🤑). You can always add new goals, delete old goals, transfer savings between goals, and even change the amount of monthly savings allocated to each goal, any time you want and as often as you want. Simply go to the Plan section in your Rize account to make changes.
When you sign up for Rize, we will give you information to help you choose a savings amount that makes sense for you based on your income, your age, and where you live. It's ok if you start small. Over time, Rize will help you increase the amount you save each month, and you can update how much you are saving from each paycheck whenever you want.
You hate fees and so do we. That’s why we will never make a deposit into your Rize account if it will drop your bank balance below $100. We will notify you before each transfer, so you can be sure your bank account is ready. You can always pause or update your transfers at any time.

You can withdraw any amount from your Rize account as often as you want, for free. You can transfer money between goals instantly, or transfer money back to your bank account in 3 to 5 business days, depending on your bank.

Rize currently works with over 2,500 banks and credit unions in the United States. You must connect a checking account in order to use Rize. Debit cards, gift cards, and other mobile payment services will not be accepted.
Yes. 🔐 Your privacy and security are a top priority. Your personal information is anonymized, encrypted and securely stored. The funds in your Rize account are SIPC insured upto $250,000.
No. Rize is a for-profit company. We just believe that we can build a better company by making our customers successful in their own lives, and that our customers are the best judges of the value that Rize provides for them (see our "pay what you want" philosophy).
No. When you join Rize you will get your own Rize account which will hold your Rize savings until withdrawn.
